If you have allergies or sensitivities or are vegan please let us know in writing at least 30 days prior to the course so we can make proper arrangements. If you told us on your registration form, then we already have that information. All meals are included and will be vegetarian, locally sourced, organic, and seasonal wherever possible. Menus may include some local seafood and will be catered and prepared by local chefs. Breakfast will be a la carte options such as cereals, oatmeal, smoothies, granola, fresh fruits, and breads.
You can book air travel to Raleigh, NC (RDU) [about 2 hours 45 minutes from Emerald Isle], New Bern, NC (EWN) [45 minutes away], Jacksonville, NC (OAJ) [60 minutes], or Wilmington (ILM) [1 hour 45 minutes].
New Bern is the closest airport where we will also pre‐book shuttles for those interested. Shuttle services, when shared by multiple students, are far less costly per rider than getting a taxi to Emerald Isle.
To sign up for the shuttle fill our the following form: https://proyogatherapy.org/shuttle-information-form/. Note: The shuttle is ONLY offered from New Bern airport to Emerald Isle, NC.
Arrival shuttles will be available at 1 pm or 3 pm. When emailing your reservation to us please designate your preferred time and provide your airline and flight number. We will make slight adjustments to the schedule based on actual scheduled flight arrival times.
Departure shuttles are available at 10 am.
If your arrival is at an odd time, you may also make arrangements for your own transportation to Emerald Isle.
Remember, you are only able to check‐in at the allotted time unless we announce early check‐in availability. This announcement cannot be made until the scheduled first day of class. Occasionally we are able to open the facility earlier than scheduled, but this is not guaranteed.
